What’s Minnow's return policy?We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I return the item despite the original package missing from my side?To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, along with the tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I know if my request for a return is accepted?If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without making a return request will not be accepted.

What can I do if the item is defective, damaged, or if I receive the wrong item?Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I request a refund if the size is wrong?Yes. You get a 100% refund if the product is damaged or if it is of the wrong size. The shipping charge will be deducted from the refund in other scenarios.

How can I exchange the item I received?The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When can I expect the refund?We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In most cases, it takes 7 days to get refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
